摘要目的结合在南京医科大学第一附属医院行选择性冠状动脉造影术的456例江苏籍病人的冠状动脉病变严重程度和血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)],调查江苏人群血清Lp(a)水平是否与冠状动脉病变严重程度存在着显著关联,以及是否可以作为冠心病的一个预测指标。方法选择2002年7月1日—2003年4月30日在南京医科大学第一附属医院心内科,因为胸闷、胸痛而行选择性冠状动脉造影术的467例江苏籍病人,进行选择性冠状动脉造影,所有造影的结果均由有经验的心脏介入医生判读,将左前降支、左回旋支、对角支及右冠状动脉的管腔面积狭窄百分数相加,即得到冠状动脉病变分数(CS)。所有病例于清晨空腹采取静脉血5mL,经EDTA抗凝,进行血生化27项检查,从中获得Lp(a)。然后将所得结果进行统计学分析。结果在全部样本中,血清Lp(a)水平与冠状动脉病变分数存在良好的正相关性,只是在老年(>55岁)男性,两者无明显相关性。结论血清Lp(a)水平是冠状动脉病变严重程度的一个较好的预测指标,但在老年男性中,其价值有待进一步验证。 Objective To studied relationship between severity of coronary artery lesion,and plasma level of lipoprotein Lp（a）. Methods Four hundred and fifty - six patients with probable angina pectoris were examined by experienced angiographers. A coronary scorecs was olatained by summation of the maximum obstrection noted in LAD, LCX, D1 and RCA. Blood sample were collected and plasma levd of Lp（a） was tested. Results There was positive correlation between Lp（a） and CS, but it was not so obviously in old male. Conclusion Plasma level of Lp（a） appeared to be a god predictor for lesion severity but old males.
