电针“足三里”穴对家兔胃电节律紊乱调整的时间效应关系研究

Effects of Electro-acupuncture of Zusanli Point (ST36) at Different Time on Derangement of Gastric Electric Rhythm in Rabbits

目的:通过观察电针对家兔胃电节律紊乱的影响,探讨针刺治疗胃动力障碍的时效关系。方法:静脉注射红霉素复制家兔胃电节律亢进模型后,分别给予3Hz、20Hz、100Hz频率电针刺激“足三里”穴位,应用IEGG谱分析仪记录电针作用时及电针作用后10分钟的胃电总功率(PTP)。结果:100Hz频率电针作用时家兔胃电PTP显著降低(P<0.05),3Hz、20Hz电针作用时PTP无明显变化(P>0.05);三种频率电针作用后10分钟PTP均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针对家兔胃电节律紊乱有显著的调节作用,可使亢进的胃肠运动降低,且电针后效应优于即时效应。

Objective： To investigate the regulation effects of electro-acupuncture at different time on erythromycin-induced sthenic rhythm of gastric electricity in rabbits. Methods： Rabbits models were established by injecting erythromycin through ear vein. Zusanli （ST36） Point was stimulated by electro- acupuncture with different frequencies （3Hz, 20 Hz, 100 Hz） for 10 minutes. Then, IEGG was employed to record the changes of PTP at the treatment time and 10 minutes after treatments. Results： Erythromycin could enhance PTP values significantly in rabbits （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. PTP values were reduced remarkably when the rabbits were electro - acuptmctured with 100 Hz （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while no apparent changes appeared when the rabbits were electro - acuptmctured with 3Hz and 20 Hz （ P 〉0. 05）. PTP values also decreased remarkably after rabbits were electro- acuptmctured with 100 Hz, 20 Hz and 3 Hz （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Electro- acupuncture at Zusanli Point （ST36） can improve sthenic rhythm of gastric electricity in rabbits, and the effect after electro - acupuncture is better than that of the electro - acupuncture time.
