杂交春棉纤维品质性状的多元统计分析 被引量:3

摘要 对2005年黄河流域区试B,C两组17个杂交春棉品种的纤维品质性状进行主成分分析结果,前3个主成分累计方差贡献率达90.84%.通过聚类分析,从纤维品质的相似度上将17个品种划分为四大类,并对各类品种纤维品质性状进行了多元方差分析及多重比较,结果表明,第Ⅰ类为优质棉品种,第Ⅱ类为亚优质棉品种,第Ⅲ、Ⅳ两类为中质棉种。同时,对各类品种的品质育种目标进行了讨论。 Principal components analysis was applied to study fiber quality characters of 17 cross -bred spring cotton varieties of Group B and C down the Huanghe River in 2005. The result was that the cumulative proportion of variance of the first three principal components reached 90.84%. By cluster analysis 17 varieties had been divided into four classes according to the similarity of the fiber quality, multivariate analysis of variance and multiple comparison were carried out to study the fiber quality characters of each class. The result showed that Class Ⅰ belongs to the high quality cotton variety, Class Ⅱ the sub - high quality cotton variety, while Class Ⅲ and Ⅳ belong to the mid - quality cotton variety. In the meantime, the target of quality breed of each class had been discussed.
