摘要
以豫麦54、百农矮宝、周17等17个小麦品种(系)的幼胚为外植体,通过脱分化培养,以筛选出脱分化特性优良的小麦品种(系)及适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基。结果表明:出愈率在不同小麦品种(系)间差异不大,但胚性愈伤组织发生率却存在明显的基因型效应。17个供试小麦品种(系)的出愈率变幅为82.09%-98.3%,而胚性愈伤组织发生率的变幅为5.13%-67.5%.从形成的愈伤组织质量与数量综合分析,17个小麦品种(系)中,以徐麦038,抗条温6,豫麦49三个品种(系)的脱分化特性较好。
The immature embryos from the immature seeds of seventeen wheat varieties ( including Bainongaibao, Yumai 54,Zhou 17 etc. ) were cultured on different callus induction mediums, in order to select a few wheat varieties with excellent dedifferentiation characteristics and the best medium for callus induction of immature embryos. The results: the frequencies of callus induction ranged from 82.0% to 98.33% which have no obvious different among different genotypes. While the embryogeneic callus rates was of obvious different which ranged from 5.13% to 67.5% among the seventeen tested materials. Considering from both the quality and quantity of the callus, three genotypes were selected out of seventeen wheat varieties which had better dedifferentiation characteristics than others.
