摘要
从豫北地区发病猪场采得144份仔猪黄、白痢检样,共分离出大肠杆菌63株,经血清学试验鉴定为O28株、O1398株、O1017株、O1387株、O206株、O606株、O95株、O453株、O633株、O1412株、O1492株、O1471株、O81株,另有4株未能定型,以O2,O139,O101,O138,O20,O60,O9等株血清型占优势。对不同分离株进行了药敏试验。本研究结果为豫北地区致病性猪大肠杆菌药物敏感性试验和多价灭活苗的制作提供了基础,对指导规模化养猪场大肠杆菌病综合防治模式的制定,对预防猪大肠杆菌病具有重要意义。
63strains of E. coli. are isolated out of 144 samples from 12 piggeries in the northen part of Henan. Serological- ly ,8 of them are identified as Group O2 ; and 8 as O139 ; 7 as O101 ; 7 as O138 ; 6 as O60 ; 5 as O9 ; 3 as O45 ; 3 as O63 ; 2 as O141 ; 2 as O149 ; 1 as O147 ; and las O8 , while other four have not yet been decided. Among the serogroups,O2 ,O 139 ,O101, O138 ,O20 ,O60 and O9 have high perfect. Drug sensitivity assays are taken to select effective drugs. The foundation of susceptibility test and the production of endemic inactivated polyvalent vaccine of Escherichia Coli. for pigs in the northern part of Henan province were offered by the result of this experiment. Then, aside from playing a significant role in preventing, it was also the guideline of establishing the mode to comprehensively prevent Colibocillosis in systematic pig farm.
