摘要
中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会的胜利召开,表明中国已经朝着"十六大"确立的全面建设小康社会的目标迈出了坚实步伐,取得了阶段性成果。现阶段必须正确看待经济发展状况和存在问题。要确保到2020年实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标,就必须在科学发展观的指导下,采取更新发展理念、依靠科技进步、调整和升级经济结构、发展循环经济等措施切实转变经济增长方式,努力实现经济又好又快发展。
The successful convocation of the Seventeenth National People＇s Congress of the Communist Party manifest that we have took strongth steps towards the aim of thorough well-off society and got the periodecal performance. Now we must deal with the economy situation and problems correctly. To ensure realizing the aim of thorough well-off society before the year of 2020, we must adopt the new development idea, advance the science and technology, adjust and upgrade the economy structure and develop the circle economy, and then ralize the economy development well and quickey.
