摘要
从宏观角度对"以人为本"思想在人力资源管理中的重要性做了深入分析,指出在现代企业竞争中是否拥有一支坚强的人才队伍是关键,而要赢得人才则要贯彻"以人为本"思想。
This paper makes deep analysis on the importance of the "people-based thought" in the human resource management from the macroscopic angle, and points out that in the modem enterprise whether having or not a strong talent rank is the key in the competition, and gaining the talents must put in practice the "people-based thought".
