摘要
从实行"赛场选马"的用人机制、完善干部考核评价制度、健全人才激励机制、实现从"以人选人"到"以制度选人"的转变、建立干部退出机制等方面探讨了如何完善企业选人用人机制的问题。
This paper probes into the issue of how to perfect the talent-selection and talent-employment mechanism in enterprises from aspects of implementing the talent-employment mechanism of "choosing the horse in the equestrian park", perfecting the cadres' assessment system, perfecting the talent excitation mechanism, realizing the transformation from "selecting the people by the people" into "selecting the people by the system", and establishing the cadres' exiting mechanism.
