摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备钕钡铜氧(NdBCO)超导原粉,并在不同的温度下进行烧结。用X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明烧结后的NdBCO超微粉在不同的温度下获得不同的相,其中800℃烧结得到的是Nd-123相,粒度计算结果表明粒径约为150nm左右。差热-热重(TG-DTA)分析结果表明,在500℃柠檬酸分解,800℃时NdBCO超导原粉结晶,为超导靶材的制备奠定了良好的基础。
NdBCO high temperature superconductive raw powder is prepared by sol-gel method. The prepared NdBCO superconductive raw powder is sintered at the different temperature. XRD analysis shows that sintered NdBCO superfine powder has different phases at different temperature. Nd-123 phase is obtained when sintered temperature is 800 ℃. The NdBCO particle size is about 150 nm TG-DTA test shows that the citric acid is decomposed at 500 ℃. NdBCO superconductive raw powder is crystalized at 800 ℃. It provides a good foundation for preparation of NdBCO superconductive target.
