解表利湿法预防模型大鼠急性肾小球肾炎作用机理的初步探讨

摘要 目的:探讨解表利湿法在预防急性肾小球肾炎过程中对动物血清白细胞介素-6、8及一氧化氮的影响。方法:建立风寒大鼠急性肾小球肾炎动物模型,观察两预防组与模型组大鼠白细胞介素-6、8及一氧化氮指标的变化。结果:预防组大鼠血清白细胞介素-6、8及一氧化氮指标与模型组比较均有所下降,各预防组动物血清中白细胞介素-6、8含量与模型组比较无显著性差异,而NO含量与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运用解表利湿法在预防急性肾小球肾炎过程中对保护肾脏、减少免疫性损伤可能起到积极的作用,其作用机理还有待于进一步探讨。 Objective :To study the effect of therapy of relieving exterior and promoting dampness on IL-6,IL-8,NO in the serum of animals during the acute adrenocortical crisis nephropathy. Methods:Model of acute adrenocortical crisis nephropathy in rats were established. Changes in the level of IL-6, IL-8, NO in the preventive group and model group were observed. Results:Compared with the mode group, level of IL-6, IL-8 and No in the preventive groups decreased,but there was no significant difference in the IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups. The content of was significantly different in the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Therapy of relieving exterior and promoting dampness could exert positive effect on kidney and reduce the immune injure in acute adrenocortical crisis. The mechanism is worth to be investigated further.
