通痹泰颗粒剂治疗强直性脊柱炎湿热伤肾证临床研究

Clinical research of Tongbitai granules on treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of syndrome of impairment of kidney by damp heat

目的:观察通痹泰颗粒剂治疗强直性脊柱炎湿热伤肾证患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组。其中对照组30例,采用MTX治疗;治疗组34例,采用中药通痹泰颗粒剂治疗。在此基础上两组患者根据情况使用NSAID、激素以及胃黏膜保护剂治疗。2个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、实验室检查的变化。结果:对照组治疗后总有效率为80.00%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为82.35%,两组患者治疗后疗效比较无显著性差异。两组患者治疗前后临床症状,体征中的指地距、脊柱活动度、“4”试验以及实验室检查中ESR、CRP、IgG、IgA均有明显改善,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较无显著性差异。结论:通痹泰颗粒剂能显著减轻患者的症状、体征,降低炎性指标,具有明显的抗炎和免疫调节作用,值得进一步研究。

Objective ：To observe clinical curative effect of Tongbitai granules on treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of syndrome of impairment of kidney by damp heat. Method：64 patient were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated with MTX, and 34 cases in the treatment group were treated with Tongbitai granules. NSAID, hormone, gastric mucous preventive drugs were also given according to the patients＇condition, with two months as a period. After 3 periods, clinical symptoms and signs before and after the treatmefit, results of changes by the lab examination as well as the side effect induced by drugs were observed. Results：Total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group,with 82.35% in the treatment group. There were no significant differences in the two groups. Clinical symptoms and signs before and after the treatment, distance of figure pointed to ground, degree of vertebral column movement,＂4＂test as well as ESR,CRP, IgG, IgA, get improved, with significant differences compared with the pre-treatment. （ P〈 0.05）But there were no significant differences in the two groups. Conclusion： Tongtaibi granules can improve the symptoms and signs, decrease the inflammatory index. It has obvious function of anti- inflammation and immune regulation,which is worth further study.
