加减增液汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Modified Zeng Ye Decoction on treating chronic pharyngitis

目的:观察加减增液汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予银黄含片治疗,治疗组给予加减增液汤治疗,并随症加减。10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:60例患者治疗后对照组总有效率为70.00%,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,经统计学处理两组患者治疗后疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加减增液汤治疗慢性咽炎,疗效显著,可进一步推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Modified Zeng Ye Decoction on treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods：Randomly divide 60 cases of the patients into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. To give the treatment group with Modified Zeng Ye Decoction and the control group with Ying huang buccal tablets. Result： The total effective rate reached 93.33 % in the therapeutic group and 70 % in the control group. By statistical disposal, the two groups have significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Zeng Ye Decoction on treating chronic pharyngitis can get curative effect, and it is worth popularizing further.
