周期治疗青春期功能性子宫出血40例疗效观察

Effect Observation on 40 Cases with Pubertal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Cycle Treating

目的:观察灵蒲合剂配合孕激素周期治疗青春期子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将78例青春期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为两组,对照组38例,采用雌—孕激素序贯疗法,治疗组40例,根据不同生理周期采用经期内服中药(灵蒲合剂)、经后服六味地黄丸、归脾丸及少量孕激素甲羟孕酮片治疗。两组均治疗3个月为1个疗程。结果:对照组治愈20例,好转9例,无效9例,总有效率为76.3%;治疗组治愈31例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治愈病例中均随访1年,治疗组复发率为16.13%,对照组复发率为30.0%,两组复发率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:周期中西药并用治疗青春期功能性子宫出血,临床疗效显著,安全经济,无明显毒副作用,易于推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Puling Misture with lutin on pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 78 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 38 cases were in control group and they were treated by given estrogen and lutin. 40 cases were in therapeutic group and they were treated according to different physic cycle. Puling Misture were given in menstruation. Liuweidihuang Pill , Guipi Pill and medrysone were given after menstruation. One course was in 3 months . Results： Total effect rates were 76.3% and 95.0% in control group and therapeutic group respectively. And there were difference obviously（P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate were 16.1% and 30.0 % in control group and therapeutic group respectively after 1 year follow-up. And there were also difference obviously between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results showed that the effects were good on treating pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Chinese and western medicine. No side and toxic effects were found. It is worth popularizing.
