中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Purpuric Nephritis Treated by TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:根据60例患者证候表现,分为风热夹湿兼瘀血型,肺脾两虚、气阴不足型,脾虚湿盛兼瘀血型,脾肾两虚、寒湿壅滞型,分别施以不同方剂冶疗,同时于初期或急性期西药辅助治疗。结果:60例患者治愈46例,有效率为76.6%,好转9例,无效5例,总有效率91.6%。结论:运用中医学整体观念,注重辨证分型,必要时配合少量西药短期治疗,后期撤退,治疗紫癜性肾炎,疗程较短,疗效肯定。

Objective ：To probe the clinical effect of purpuric nephritis treated by TOM syndrome differentiation. Methods：According to their manifestations,the 60 patients were differentiated as the syndromes of wind-heat with damp and blood stasis,deficiency of lung and spleen,qi and yin deficiency,spleen deficiency with damp and blood stasis, deficiency of spleen and kidney, and cold-damp retention. They were treated with different TOM prescriptions and given western medicine as accessory treatment in the early or acute stage. Results：Of the 60 patients, 46 were cured, 9 improved, 5 ineffective, the effective rate was 76.6 % ,and the total effective rate 91.6 %. Conclusions：With the concept of wholism and syndrome differentiation of TOM, the treatment for purpuric nephritis is given according to individual conditions of patients and with a small amount of western medicine in a short period of time when necessary. A good therapeutic effect is achieved and the course is shortened.
