目的：从家蝇幼虫体内分离出粪产碱菌，并观察其抑菌能力。方法：对家蝇幼虫匀浆，按常规方法分离细菌，在无菌条件下进行抑菌试验。结果：粪产碱菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌等致病菌有很强的抑菌能力。动物实验证实，蝇蛆粉能治愈绿脓杆菌感染的创伤。结论：蝇蛆体内可能存在一组微生物，参与机体的防御体系，保护它们在极其恶劣的环境中存活。

This bacteria was identified as the Alcaligenes .faecalis. The fact, that the powder of larvae can cure a running sore in rabbits, suggested that the Alcaligenes faecalis within the larvae be a contributing factor in the process of cure the running core.
