N-正丁基全氟辛烷磺酰胺的合成及灭蟑药效

Synthesis of N-Butyl Perfluorooctane sulfonamide and Its Efficacy against Cockroaches

目的：合成杀灭蟑螂新药。方法：参考有关文献，采用电解氟化和胺化方法。结果：合成了N-正丁基全氟辛烷磺酰胺，配制成毒饵，对美洲大蠊的LT50为1．6～2.3天，对德国小蠊为1．5～1．8天，7天死亡率达100％。结论：该杀虫剂无气味，无驱避性，对哺乳动物低毒，易配制成可口的毒饵，对蟑螂、蚂蚁等卫生害虫杀灭率高，具有很好的开发前景。

N-Butyl perfluorooctane sulfonamide was synthesized from octanesulfonyl fluoride by electrochemical fluoronation and amination.LT50 of the cockroach bait with this compound ranged between 1. 6 - 2. 3 days for Periplaneta americana and 1. 5 - 1. 8 days for Blattella germanica. After ingesting the bait for 7 days, the mortality of both cockroaches reached 100%.
