The present paper, based on the relevant data from other studies, reveals the diversified characteristics held by college students today in the aspects of sexual concept, love concept, chastity concept and sexual attitude under the situation that the students are influenced by various social thinking and the mixture of differ- ent cultures. The students are ready to be more liberated and open. That apart, it explains the deep -level factors for the non - coincidence sexual concept and sexual behaviors. It discusses on the sexual relationship and the development tendency by the college students.
