摘要
全纳教育是20世纪90年代在世界上逐渐兴起的一种国际化教育思潮。随着全纳教育提倡的新理念如全纳教育的平等观;全纳教育的"积极参与"民主观;全纳教育的"集体合作"价值观以及全纳教育的课程教学观为世界各国所广泛理解和接受,全纳教育已成为21世纪国际教育研究中的一个重大课题和新的研究领域。针对民族地区职业教育而言,全纳教育的这些新理念带给我们一些启示。其一,全纳教育认为无论身处何地人的本质都是积极乐观的。其二,全纳教育强调人人平等。其三,全纳教育的课程教学观认为,课程应该适应学生的需要,而不是学生去适应课程的需要。
Inclusive education is one kind of view in international education, which emerges gradually in the world in the 1990s. Along with inclusive education, the new idea of equahty in inclusive education, the democratic view of "the active participation" in inclusive education, the value of the collective cooperation in inclusive education and the curriculum for inclusive education have been understood and accepted widely by various countries in the world. Inclusive education has become an important issue and the new research area in terms of international research in the 21 st century. According to this viewpoint, it gives us some enhghtenment of vocation education for ethnic minority. First inclusive education holds that the nature of human beings in every place are positive and optimistic. Second, inclusive education emphasizes equality for everybody. Third, inclusive education curriculum intends to meet the needs of students, not vice versa.
