几种恙螨在水中生活力及发育情况观察

Survival and Growth of Mite Larvae in Water

目的：研究恙螨在水中的生活力及发育情况。方法：对自来水、蒸馏水、生理盐水中临淮岗纤恙螨、太平洋无前恙螨和小盾纤恙螨的生活力进行观察。结果：3种恙螨大多数能在水中存活10天以上，但不同种类存活时间不同。结论：3种恙螨在水中均能有规律地发育至若虫。

The survival and growth of mite larvae (L. linhuaikonense, W. pacifica, and L. scutallare )were observed in running water, distilled water, normal saline. The three kinds mite larvae usually survived 10 days or so, but the survival periods were different with mite species. Three mite larvae were also found to develop into nymphs as usual in the three waters.
