摘要
国外研究认为,技术管理(MOT)是以技术价值最大化为目标,从企业战略出发,将战略、技术创新与技术转化相结合,技术与经营管理相结合的方法。我国对国外MOT相关理论的引进尚处于起步阶段。深入分析中外MOT的理论发展历程,研究其理论与实践的内涵,并在此基础上剖析我国在MOT理论与实践中存在的问题,提出解决方案。
According to the research of developed countries, Management of Technology (MOT) is a method to connect technology and management, and also connect strategy, technology innovation and the technology transfer. But in China, the concept of MOT is to manage technologies that are already existed. It is only a short time for us to introduce MOT theory to China. This article will go first with the theory developing process of MOT both in China and developed countries, and do research on the context of MOT. Based on the work above, we'll try to find the problems in China and give some advices.
