The Definition and Research Dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation

阐述了创业导向的三个分析层面,诠释了公司创业导向的内涵,并分别分析了创业导向的创新性、风险承担性、先动性、竞争积极性、自治性五个维度的特征,建议立足于公司层面,从五个维度对创业导向构念进行研究。

This study first address three analysis levels of entrepreneurial orientation, and then delineates and refines the definition and dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. This paper seeks to understand entrepreneurial orientation construct from five dinlensions, which are innovativeness, risk-taking, pro-activeness, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy. This study suggests that relative research concerning entrepreneurial orientation be based upon finn level from a multi-dimension view.
