摘要
揭示了区域科技创新与知识产权的关联性与互动性,分别从知识产权竞争、知识产权成果、知识产权激励、知识产权环境、知识产权优势等角度剖析了知识产权在区域科技创新活动中的不同表征,探讨了不同表征对于区域科技创新的功能与作用,论证了区域科技创新活动中的知识产权耦合性。
This paper indicates relation and interaction between regional science innovation and intellectual property rights, and separately analyzes the different character of intellectual property rights in regional science innovation activity from the aspects as competition, fruit, incentive, environment, and advantage of intellectual property rights. And then discuss the function and effect for different character to regional science innovation. In the end, demonstrate the coupling of intellectual property rights in regional science innovation activity.
