The Research of the Route of Knowledge Flow from Operation Optimization to Sustainable Competitive Advantage

知识经济时代,知识正日益成为企业独特的资源,成为企业核心能力的源泉。从组织内部来分析知识流动路径,将企业组织结构分为业务层、战术层、战略层,将知识由下而上的流动路径分为"内向型流动"和"外向型流动";从知识流动路径方面分析知识在企业中的流动对企业可持续竞争力的获得产生的影响作用。

At the age of the knowledge economy, knowledge is becoming the unique resource of a corporation, and a corporation can obtain core ability from knowledge. Knowledge flow path in organization internal is analyzed in this paper. An enterprise organization structure is divided into first-level, middle-level and top-level. Knowledge flow route that come from bottom-top is divided into ＂introversion flow＂ and ＂extraversion flow＂, and sustainable competitive advantage is analyzed from knowledge flow route aspect.
