摘要
研究我国大中型企业科技活动与工业发展之间的关系,构建基于科技投入视角的工业发展评价指标体系。分析我国1999年至2005年的工业发展与科技投入数据,利用DEA方法考察我国科技投入对工业发展的时间序列上的相对有效性。在此基础上构建线性回归模型得到影响工业发展的关键科技投入要素,并对其进行分析,提出我国工业发展的自主创新与自主研发不宜急于求成的结论。
Based on research of the relation between technology activities and industrial development of our country's big and medium enterprises, evaluation index system of industrial development is established from the visual angle of technological devotion. Analyzed the datum of our country's industrial development and technological devotion between 1999 and 2005, the paper reviews the relative validity of technological devotion to industrial development by DEA. Finally, established and analyzed the key technological devotion factor of industrial development by linearity regression model, the paper makes the conclusion that Chinese industries should not be too previous to independent innovation and independent research and development.
