摘要
在复杂多变的网络环境下,网络能力与技术能力成为企业创新成功并获取竞争优势的重要来源。通过界定网络能力与技术能力的概念与内涵,从能力的知识属性与活动特性两方面研究二者在提升过程中的互动与制约,进一步分析两种能力的相对强弱状态对企业创新与发展的影响作用,并提出相应管理建议。
In the complex and dynamic networking environment, network competence and technological capability have been the important resources of successful innovation and competitive advantage acquisition. In this paper, the two capabilities are carefully defined and explained, and the interactions and restrictions between them are analyzed in their enhancement process from the perspective of both the knowledge base and activities. Further, the influences of their comparative position within the enterprise on innovation success and development are described, with some management advice suggested.
