摘要
本文综述了硫处理技术在果蔬贮藏与加工中的作用，并介绍了目前硫处理的应用技术和使用方法以及应用时应注意的主要问题，讨论了硫处理技术存在的问题及应用前景。
The application of sulfur processing technology in the storage and processing of fruits and vegetables is summaried in this article. The presently used sulfur processing technology and methods are introduced. The existing problems and the application prospect of this technology are also discussed.
