摘要
本文主要介绍了吉林省果蔬资源的现状,并从加工形式、科研企业情况和加工技术三个方面对其加工利用进行了论述,同时提出了针对果蔬加工的几点建议。
In this paper, the present situation about resources of fruit and vegetables in Jilin province was introduced. The processing types, researching and enterprises condition and processing technologies were presented, and several suggestions were made.
