摘要
对鲜食玉米定义、营养价值、栽培方法和吉林省鲜食玉米加工现状进行了概述,同时分析了吉林省在鲜食玉米加工中存在的问题并提出解决方法。
The definition, nutrient value and cultivation method of fresh maize products and the situation of their processing technologies in Jilin province were summarized. The problems existed in the processing of fresh maize products in Jilin Province were anaeyzed and the solutions to the problems were proposed.
