国产阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗老年期精神分裂症对照研究

A clinical study on Aripiprazole versus Resperidone in treatment of senile schizophrenia

目的:比较国产阿立哌唑(商品名:博思清)和利培酮对老年精神分裂症的治疗效果。方法:以阿立哌唑与利培酮对63例老年精神分裂症患者进行为期8周的对照治疗;采用阳性和阴性症状量表评定疗效,用副反应量表评定不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑组显效率71.8%,有效率91.8%;利培酮组显效率70.9%,有效率90.3%;不良反应均少而轻微,阿立哌唑主要不良反应为嗜睡,利培酮主要不良反应为锥体外系反应。结论:阿产哌唑和利培酮治疗老年期精神分裂症疗效相当,而且安全性高。

Objective： To compare the effects of Aripiprazole （Brisking） and Risperdal in senile schizophrenia. Methods： Aripiprazole and Risperdal to be used on 63 of senile schizophrenia for 8 weeks. PANSS and TESS were used to access the efficacy and side effects. Results： In Aripiprazole group, 71.8% showed significant efficacious and 91.8% efficacious, In Risperdal group , the ratio were 70.9% and 90.3% ; Both side effects in while , Both Aripiprazole group focused on drowsiness, In while in Risperdal group EPS. Conclusions： Both antipsychotic have equal efficacy and high safety in senile schizophrenics.
