Application of PLC to the Y-△ Starting and the Energy Consumption Braking Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

三相异步电动机一般采用降压起动、能耗制动。针对传统的继电器-接触器控制的降压起动、能耗制动方法存在的不足,将OMRON公司的CPM2＊型可编程序控制器（PLC）与接触器相结合,用于三相异步电动机的Y-△降压起动、能耗制动控制,改进后的方法克服了传统方法手工操作复杂且不够可靠的缺点,控制简单易行。

Three-phase asynchronous motor is often started by stepping-down voltage and braked by the energy consumption. In view of the shortcoming of the classical down-voltage starting method and the energy consumption braking method controlled by the relay-contactor, OMRON＇s CPM2＊ model progranunable logical controller（PLC） and contactors are applied to the Y-△ down-voltage starting and the energy consumption braking. The improved method overcomes the inadequate reliability of classical manually operation shortcoming, which is simple and easy to control.
