摘要
利用特征矩阵法,研究了折射率正弦离散变化的一维声子晶体中电磁波的能带结构。得出:主禁带宽度随折射率峰值的增加而增大,主禁带中心波长的位置随折射率峰值的增加而增大,折射率的峰值越大主禁带的品质越好。周期数越大主禁带的品质越好,但周期数对主禁带中心和宽度没有影响。
Making use of the characteristic matrix methods ,the photonic bandgap of the electromagnetic wave in the photonic crystal that the refractive index is discontinuous to change along with the sine function is studied. The width and center of the main forbidden band increases with the increment of the amplitude of refractive index. The amplitude of refractive index is more big, the quality of the main forbidden band is more good. The number of period is more big,the quality of the main forbidden band is more good. But the number of period doesn't bring about influence on the center and width of the main forbidden band.
