In order to eliminate the deficiency of explanation in dictionary, especially the Near Synonymy has no differences sometimes, this paper elaborates the Technique for Words＇ Definition from the view of epistemology and methodology on the base of Sun Xuchang＇s methods of word-formation. Then the paper analyzes and integrates the Morpheme meaning of Chinese Compound Words and describe them correctly.
