摘要
褐多孔菌生长在大小兴安岭林区中的松、桦等树木上,在我们以往的肠过微生态学实验中[1],其具有调节肠道菌群的功能,而肠道正常菌群与机体免疫功能又是呈正相关。为了解其作用机理,我们从免疫学的角度测定了MΦ的功能。本实验表明,褐多孔菌有显著地提高MΦ吞噬功能。并使其合成及释放溶菌酶的能力明显增强。实验提示:在感染性疾病,肿瘤及免疫抑制剂的应用中同时应用该药可以增强机体的免疫功能。
In our past experiment we found that polyporus has function to regulate intestinal micro flora. The intestinal normal flora showed positive correlation with immunity functinn of organism. In order to find its mechnism of action , we have as- sayed the function of M. This test showed that polyporus can improve phagocytic function of M and enhance the ability to synthesize and release lysozyme. There- fore , in infected disease , tumor and application of immunosyppressant , the poly- porus should be used at meantime. It could play effect to strengthen body resistence and/or restoring normal functioning of the body to consolidate the constituion. It could regulate physiologic function and improve immuno function of body.
