摘要
以系统论思想为指导,对工程中的组织集成问题进行了初步的研究,主要探讨了工程中组织集成的概念和特征,分析了工程中组织集成与技术集成的相互关系。
Taking the Systemist thought as the guidance, this paper makes primary study on the organizational integration in engineering, mainly probes into the concepts and features of the organizational integration, and analyzes the correlation between the organizational integration and the technical integration in engineering.
