针对当前科研院所、大专院校的科研成果与企业相脱离,不能有效地转化为现实生产力的状况,提出科研院所、大专院校应结合产业的发展,以多种形式加强与企业的合作,形成优势互补的产、学、研相结合的发展模式,提升其研发水平,为山西经济发展服务。

In the light of the present situation universities, which separate from the enterprises, can＇t that the scientific achievements of the scientific institutes and be transformed into the real productivity, this paper points out that the scientific institutes and universities should strengthen the cooperation with the enterprises through various forms connecting with the development of the industries, forming such a developing mode of integrating the production, study and research with complementary advantages, increasing their R＆D level and serving Shanxi＇s economic development.
