进驻不同海拔高度一年的青年皮褶厚度与体脂量调查 被引量:15

SURVEY ON THICKNESS OF RHICNOSIS AND QUANTITY OF BODY-FAT IN YOUTHS LIVINC AT DIFFERENT HEICHT OF ALTITUDE FOR ONE YEAR

摘要 目的:为调查研究高原特殊环境时人体褶厚度与体肥量的影响,我们对进驻喀喇昆仑山海拔1400m、3700m、4300m和5400m一年的177名青年官兵进行了有关测量;方法:测定右侧肱三头肌、肩胛和髂部的皮褶厚度,同时测定上臂围,计算体脂量。经方差分析q检验,除髂部皮褶厚度4与3组、3与2组、2与1组差别有显著性(P<0.05),其余各组间差别均有高度显著性(P<0.01);结果:青年人进驻不同高海拔地区一年后,皮褶厚度、上臂围、上臂肌围及体脂量均随海拔的升高而递减,此征象与高原缺氧及寒冷有直接关系,与营养物质供应不足有一定关系;结论:建议进入高原人群应尽量减少活动量以降低消耗,同时应增加脂肪及蛋白质等营养物质的摄入,以预防和减轻此种征象发生。 In order to survey thickness of rhicnosis and quantity of body-fat in youths livingat altitude,we measured the circumference of upper arm and thickness of rhicnosis on right tricep-s,scapula and ilium for 177 young soldiers who had lived on different height of 1 400m. 3 700m.4 300m and 5 400m at Kelakunlun Mountain for one year,and calculated the quantity of body-fatand circumference of upper arm muscle. Method:By analysis of variance and q test it was showedthat the differences of thickness of rhicnosis 0n ilium were obvious between 4th and 3rd group,3rd and 2nd group and 2nd and 1st group (P<0. 05), but between other groups the differenceswere significant (P<0.01). Results:From results it was showed that the thickness of rhicnosis,circumference of upper arm, circumference of upper arm muscle and quantity of body-fat weresuccessively decreased as heights are increasing,which were occurred in youths livingat differentheight of altitude after one year. Conclusion: This phenomenon is related to anoxia and frigidity onplateau and deficiency of nutrition in diet. Authors suggest that peoples migrated to altitudeshould decrease physical action and increase intake of fat and protein for preventing and abatingit.
