摘要 针对长寿复吹转炉的特点,提出了基于PLC和IPC的长寿复吹转炉底吹控制系统的设计方案,介绍了底吹工艺流程及其控制要求,阐述了底吹控制系统硬件配置和软件设计。该系统具有运行稳定、可靠,操作、维护容易等特点,实际应用表明,充分发挥了顶底复吹工艺优势,取得了明显的经济效益。 According to the features of a combined top-bottom blown converter,the paper presents a design conception for the development of an automatic control system applicable to the said combined converter based on PLC and IPC along with its process flow, control requirements, system hardware configuration and software design. This control system boasts the features of operational stability and reliability as well as the easy of operation and maintenance. The actral application shows that the system can give full play to the priority of the combined top-bottom blown tiveness. process, thus evidently improving its economic effectiveness.
