The remote video monitor and control system is widely used in more and more companies with the development of the computer and internet technology. In order to realize the automatic, unmanned, integrated, centralized and intelligent management of an electric power system in the Jiuquan steel cooperation, a remote video monitor and control system is designed in the light of practical demands and present technology,which have been implemented in the supervision system of a transformer substation.
