摘要 针对普通PID数字控制器对某些过程的启动、停止或设定值大幅度增减时,短时间内会因PID运算的积分积累,引起系统较大的超调,使系统稳定性下降的问题,提出了采用积分分离PID控制算法。阐述了基于S7-200的增量式的PID控制器设计方法,给出了积分分离PID控制算法程序流程图和具体程序。实验结果表明,该控制算法既有利于改善系统的动态特性又有利于消除静差。 A general digital PID controller in use would lead to an overshoot caused by any start/stop operation or adjusting set points for a certain control process, because the PID operation produces a certain integral accumulation in a short time, thus decreasing the system stability. In view of that problem, the paper puts stress on the integral separated PID control algorithm and a design method for an incremental PID controller based on the S7-200 along with its flow chart and concrete procedure. The experiment shows that the control algorithm is not only helpful to the improvement of the dynamic characteristic, but also effective for removing the static errors.
