介绍了一种低污染环保型6061-T6锻铝化学抛光工艺,以4因素3水平正交试验法确定了该工艺的最佳配方和工艺控制要点,并对溶液中的各成分和工艺条件进行了分析。该工艺的优点是成分简单、抛光速度快、光亮度好,低污染。
Introduce a type of environmental chemical polishing process for 6061 - T6 forging aluminum. Using four - factor and three - level orthogonal test to obtain the best prescription and point of control the process; whilst analyses the solution composition ＆ process conditions. The advantage of this process is simple composition, rapid speed polishing, good brightness and low pollution.
