试论茅以升的工程哲学思想——以钱塘江大桥为例

A Study on Thought of Harmony of T.E. Mao on the Case of Qiantang River Bridge

茅以升的工程管理思想是他对社会做出的杰出贡献。和谐思想是茅以升工程管理思想的主要内容之一。发掘茅以升的和谐工程思想,把它实现在工程项目管理之中,对于建设和谐社会、创造社会效益,具有直接的现实意义。本文以建造钱塘江大桥为主要案例,从工程与社会协调、工程与人文协调、工程与环境协调三个方面对茅以升的和谐工程思想进行探讨。

T.E.Mao is the world-known bridge expert,the civil engineer and the outstanding educationalist.His remarkable management thought of project is a kind of eximious contribution to the society.The thought of harmony is one of main parts of his thoughts.Disinterring his management thought of project has direct practical significance to build up harmonious society.The thought of harmony mainly manifests in two aspects,the harmony of project and economy,the harmony of project and environment.This article takes the Qiantang River Bridge as an example to study his thought of harmony.
