摘要
本文研究了一种新型非酶葡萄糖传感器及其对尿中葡萄糖的测定应用。方法基于银镜反应产生的单质银沉积在压电石英晶体镇金名触液面上产生质量效应,由此引起晶体频率的变化与葡萄糖浓度(1.0X10-6~1.0X10-2mol/L)间具有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=12)。避免了葡萄糖氧化酶传感器的一些不足。
A new glucose sensor has been reported and applied to the determination of glucose in urine. The measurment method is baed onthe sedimentation of silver by the reaction of glucose with the Tollens reagent. The amount of glucose was determined as the resonantfrequency chang of the quartz crystal because of the mass chang on the surface of piezoelectric sensor dure to the silver.A satisfactory correlation was observed between the glucose concentration and frequency chang at the range from 1. 0 X 10-6 t0 1. 0X 10-2 mol/L, and coefficient of variation(CV) of 1. 7 % (n=12 ) was given for 5. 0 X 10-4 mol/L, glucose at 25℃. Some problemes ofthe glucose oxidase sensors are avoided.
