摘要
采用交流阻抗法和动电位扫描法研究了不同浓度的钛钨杂多酸钾在1%Na2SO4溶液中对X70钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,钛钨杂多酸钾属于以抑制阴极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂,在所研究的浓度范围内,随其浓度的增大,缓蚀率先增大后减小,最佳浓度值为0.3g/L.
The inhibition effect of K13 [Ce(TiW11O39)2] on the forrosion of X70 steel in 1% Na2SO4 solution was studied by means of electrochemical impendence spectroscopy and potenfiodynamic polarization curves. It was found that K13 [Ce(TiW11O39)2] was a mixed inhibitor, which mainly restrained cathodic process, within the range of concentration studied, the inhibitive effect firstly increased gradually with the increasing of its concentration and then decreased. The optimal concentration was 0.3 g/L.
