摘要
萃取－分光光度法测定越婢汤中麻黄碱的含量，用一次定量分取氯仿层的方法，平均回收率为９８．３２％，ＲＳＤ为２．２８％。
Ephedrine in Yuebi decoction was determined by extract spectrophotometry.A method for determination of obtaining the trichloromethane phase was developed in this study.The average recovery was 98 32% and the relative standard deviation was 2 28%.
