抗红斑狼疮散的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Kanghongban Langchuang Powder

采用薄层色谱法对抗红斑狼疮散中的紫草、红参和牡丹皮进行了定性鉴别，并应用分光光度法测定了抗红斑狼疮散中羟基萘醌总色素的含量。检测波长为５１９ｎｍ，线性范围５～６０μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率９９．８％（ｎ＝５），相对标准偏差为０．７％。

TLC was used for qualitative identification of Radix Arnebiae,Radix Ginseng Rubra and Cortex Moutan Radicis in Kanghongban Langchuang powder. The content of total naphthoquinones in the power was assayed by spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption was at 519nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 5～60μg/ml for naphthoquinones.The recovery was 99 8%,RSD=0 7%.
