摘要
提出了一种新型电力电子设备电磁干扰(EMI)的诊断方法。该方法用示波器采集电子设备的信号波形,再用连续小波变换(CWT)对波形进行变换,以获得小波变换系数矩阵。通过对系数矩阵各种不同的处理算法,可以诊断EMI在设备电路中的位置,以及诊断器件特性对EMI的影响。通过采用该方法对两个不同应用实例的信号进行分析和处理,证明了该方法能有效诊断电力电子设备中的EMI,尤其适合用于对瞬态EMI的信号分析。
In this paper,a novel approach to detect electromagnetic intefference from power electronic equipment by means of continuous wavelet transform is presented.The algorithms of the proposed approach are given,followed by two case studies illustrating the process of EMI detection from the equipment layout and from components.The case studies show the proposed approach can detect EMI from EUT effectively, especially for thc transient EMI that general frequency analysis such as Fourier Transform failed to be employed.
