动态匹配超声波换能器谐振电感的方法与实现 被引量:13

摘要 针对按固定谐振点匹配超声波换能器中电感参数存在的缺点,应用耦合振荡法建立换能器的匹配电感与耦合频率之间的数学模型,给出利用这一模型与耦合工作频率之间的关系,动态选择换能器匹配电感的方法。利用调谐电抗器使匹配电感随耦合谐振频率变化,并据此设计出实现这一原理的超声波逆变电源。实验结果表明,采用可变电感匹配方法的超声波电源能够兼顾谐振效率和次级最大功率输出,具有实际的应用价值。 To eliminate the shortcomings due to choosing a fixed resonant frequency for matching inductance parameters of an ultrasonic transducer, the modeling as well as theoretic analysis for the dynamic matching relations between the inductance parameter and the coupled frequency are introduced in this paper.Applying the model and the coupled resonance theory for dynamic choosing matching inductance, an experimental inverter used in the ultrasonic power supply was designed.The emulative and experimental results showed that the novel matching method mentioned above is provided with the advantages, compared to the traditional matching method with a fixed frequency, such as the resonate efficiency and the sub power is higher.
