卵巢癌P-糖蛋白、P^(185)表达的临床意义及相互关系

Clinical significance and correlation between expression of P GP and P 185 in ovarian carcinoma

目的：评价卵巢癌Ｐ糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５表达的临床意义及相互关系。方法：免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法检测４９份卵巢癌标本Ｐ－糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５的表达。结果：１．卵巢癌Ｐ－糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５表达的阳性率分别为４２．９％和７５．５％，表达阳性者的近期化疗有效率分别为１４．３％和２４．３％，明显低于表达阴性者的近期化疗有效率５３．６％和７５．０％（Ｐ＜０．００５）。２．Ｐ１８５的表达与卵巢癌分化程度和临床分期密切相关（Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．００５），而Ｐ－糖蛋白的表达与卵巢癌分化程度和临床分期无明显相关性（Ｐ＞０．０１、Ｐ＞０．２５）。３．Ｐ－糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５的表达存在相关性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：卵巢癌Ｐ－糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５的过表达明显影响化疗近期疗效，可能是预后不良的肿瘤标志物。Ｐ－糖蛋白、Ｐ１８５表达的相关性值得进一步研究。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and relationship with expression of P GP、P 185 in ovarian carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemical technique ABC was used to detect P GP、P 185 content in 49 cases of the ovarian carcinomas. Results 1.The expression positive rates of P GP、P 185 in 49 cases of ovarian carcinomas were 42.9% and 75.5% respectively.The response rate to chemotherapy of patients with positive stainings were 14.3%、24.3% respectively,and lower than that of patients with negative stainings 53.6%、75.0% respectively ( P <0.005).2.There was high correlation among expression of P 185 and degree of differentiation and clinical stages in ovarian carcinomas( P <0.01、 P <0.005),but there was no significant correlation on P GP in them (P<0.25￣ 0.1 、P<0.5￣0.25)。3.There was a closed correlation between expression of P GP and P 185 ( P <0.05). Conclusion Overexpression of P GP and P 185 affects the recent results of chemotherapy obviously in patients with ovarian carcinomas,it may be a poorer prognostic marker of tumor.A further research was needed in depth on the relationship between expression of P GP and P 185 .
