新型磺酸盐单体的制备及其聚合性能研究

摘要 以1,2-二氯乙烷、亚硫酸钠、烯丙基氯等原料合成了一种新型单体5-磺酸基-1-戊烯(AMS),对产物进行了结构表征。以AMS、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂进行聚合反应,对AMS的聚合性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成的AMS单体具有良好的聚合活性,共聚物的耐温抗盐性能好,是一种具有开发价值的新型磺酸盐单体。 A novel monomer AMS was synthesized from 1,2 - dichloroethane, sodium sulfite, allyl chloride and so on. The product was characterized by FTIR. The polymerization performance of AMS was studied via polymerization reaction with AMS, AM as monomer in the presence of initiators including ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite. The results showed that, the AMS monomer had good polymerization activity, and the copolymer had good heat resistance and salt tolerance, it was a novel sulfonate monomer which was worthy of researching.
