摘要 以煤油作为连续相,Span-80、OP-10为乳化剂,通过反相乳液聚合法合成丙烯酰胺(AM)/甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)的阳离子共聚物,研究了引发剂用量、乳化剂含量、单体含量等条件的改变对共聚物特性粘数和相对分子质量的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:反应温度45℃,反应时间4 h,引发剂含量0.20%,乳化剂含量15%,n(AM):n(DMC)3:1,单体含量25%。 A kind of cationic copolymer AM/DMC was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization, the reaction was conducted in kerosene - water emulsion and the emulsifiers of system were Span - 80 and OP- 10.The effects of reaction conditions such as content of initiator, emulsifier and monomer on the polymer intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 4h, content of initiator 0.20%, content of emulsifier 15 %, the molar ratio of AM to DMC 3:1,content of monomer 25 %.
